Job Purpose:

The purpose of UX Designer is to design compelling user interfaces in alignment with the business’ strategic objective.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Envision a holistic product user experience that supports users in performing tasks, while satisfying business requirements and observing technical constraints
• Develop user interface standards, conceptualize and champion the importance of User Centered design
• Manage the user interface design effort, including coordinating the visual design for new/existing products
• Conduct quality evaluations to ensure the user experience vision, design and standards are being fulfilled by the product and architecture developers
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within UX Design scope

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Business fluent in English written and spoken
• 8-10 year of professional experience with at least four years of UX design experience with an exposure in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, AdobeXD, good understanding on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience on user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
