What You Will Do

  • Research, develop & implement experience strategies to design and improve the customer experience and the design of products and services
  • Implement design principles
  • Create high-quality deliverables such as site maps, wireframes, sketches, competitive analysis, specifications, ecosystems, diagrams, & flows
  • Contribute customer insights through user experience research
  • Conduct prototype testing
  • Develop experience vision of projects
  • Lead client and internal XD strategy work sessions
  • Solve problems with innovative product and service solutions that create customer and brand value
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams in solving customer experience problems for multiple projects
  • Communicate thinking behind experience designs to clients and teams
  • Collaborate across disciplines to create transformative experiences for amazing brands
  • Manage the execution of experiences across multiple platforms
  • Take ownership of workflows
